Be Punctual and Present Arrive on time and mark attendance promptly. Inform the administration in advance if you are unable to attend school.

Maintain Professional Conduct Dress modestly and behave respectfully at all times.Be a role model in speech, behavior, and attitude.

Prepare and Plan Lessons Keep lesson plans ready and aligned with the school curriculum. Use creative and inclusive teaching methods to engage all learners.

Classroom Management Maintain discipline with kindness and consistency. Encourage participation, respect, and cooperation among students.

Monitor Student Progress Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback. Submit records, marks, and reports on time.

Collaborate with Parents Maintain open and respectful communication with parents. Attend parent-teacher meetings and share student progress honestly.

Participate Actively Be involved in school activities, functions, and assemblies. Support the school’s mission and participate in spiritual and value-based programs.

Use Resources Wisely Handle school materials and infrastructure with care. Promote responsible use of technology and school facilities.

Lead Spiritually and Morally Promote Christian values of love, truth, and service. Start classes with a prayer or reflection and guide students in moral development.
